Text
§385. Sewage disposal in highway ditches
No industrial wastes, sewage, septic tanks effluent, nor any noxious or
harmful matter, solid, liquid, or gaseous, shall be discharged into the side or
cross ditches or placed upon the rights-of-way of state highways, without the
prior written consent of the chief engineer, or his duly authorized
representative, and of the secretary of the Louisiana Department of Health.
