§307. Controlled-access areas; commercial activities A. Except to the extent authorized by law for expressway projects of the Louisiana expressway authority or any other toll road or turnpike project, and except as provided by this Section, no automotive service station or other commercial establishment for serving motor vehicle users shall be constructed or located within the right of way of, or on publicly-owned or publicly-leased land acquired or used for or in connection with a controlled-access facility.
