Supervision of contracts by division of administration All matters and things in connection with the receiving of bids, letting or awarding of the contract under the provisions of this Chapter, shall be under the direction and supervision of the Division of Administration, Office of the Governor of the State. §90. Supervision of contracts by division of administration
