§1. Purchase of printing and engraving; office of technology services; Louisiana Procurement Code; power and authority of state chief information officer
A.All administrative boards, commissions, departments, agencies, institutions, and
offices within the executive branch of the state government shall purchase all requirements
of printing and engraving through the office of technology services in the division of
administration. This provision, however, shall not apply to postsecondary institutions of
education and their management boards, the Board of Regents, special schools, and other
institutions under the supervision of the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education,
the port authorities of the state, the legislature, the office of the State Bond Commission in
