374.§86. State printer of the official journal of state
The contractor who obtains the contract for the printing provided for under the
provisions of this Chapter shall be designated as the "State Printer of the Official Journal of
the State", and the newspaper so designated to print said advertising shall be known as the
"Official Journal of the State".

§86. Duties of the commissioner
A.The commissioner of administration shall maintain the information required by
this Chapter in an easily searchable format and shall provide for the capability for members
of the public to request and receive electronic notifications of meetings.
