Form of bids; bond All bids received by the Division of Administration, Office of the Governor, shall be by sealed proposals addressed to the Division of Administration, and each bid must be marked "Bid for Printing Advertisements, Public Notices, Proclamations, etc., in the Official Journal of the State", and must be accompanied by a bond (which shall serve as both a bid and performance bond) in favor of the Governor of the state of Louisiana, with good and sufficient sureties to be approved by the Division of Administration in the sum of ten thousand dollars, conditioned for the faithful performance of all duties devolving upon the contractor by law and payment of all damages which may result from neglect or delay.
