§ 43:175 — Cost of publication

§175. Cost of publication
The official journal of a political subdivision shall include a statement of the cost
charged to the political subdivision for publication with any proceeding, financial statement,
notice, or other information that it publishes for the political subdivision pursuant to a legal
requirement that the information be published. The official journal shall not charge the
political subdivision for printing this statement of cost.
