Text

A. The attorney general shall, during the course of review under R.S. 40:2115.14, hold a public hearing in which any person may file written comments and exhibits, or may appear and make a statement. B.

(1)The hearing shall be held not later than thirty days after receipt of a completed application. The hearing shall be held upon ten working days notice, not including days the application is deemed to be incomplete.
(2)The hearing shall be held in the municipality in which the hospital is located. However, if the hospital is not located within a municipality, the hearing shall be held in the municipality nearest to the hospital and within the same parish in which the hospital is located or at the affected hospital itself.
