§1133.2. Fee schedule; fees for license prohibited A.

(1)The bureau shall not require or collect any fee or charges for licensure, license renewal, or certification of any of the following personnel who serve in their capacity on a voluntary basis and who receive no compensation of any kind for such services:
(a)Emergency medical services practitioners.
(b)Ambulance operators.
(2)The bureau shall not set the fee for licensure of an emergency medical technician to exceed fifteen dollars for any individual who is an employee or volunteer of the state of Louisiana or another public entity, a municipal fire department, a fire protection district, a volunteer fire department, or a municipal law enforcement agency who does not perform emergency medical services outside of the individual's off
