§3711. License and state certificate; filing The board shall issue a license or certificate signed by the board's chairman, vice chairman, and all members of the board whenever a candidate for licensure or state certification is found to be qualified as provided in this Chapter. A copy of such license or state certificate, so certified by the board's vice chairman as a true copy, shall be filed with the secretary of state by the administrative assistant of the board. Any filing fees in connection with such filing shall be paid, in advance, to the administrative assistant of the board by the person being licensed or receiving a certificate. NOTE: See R.S. 37:3718 regarding termination date of Chapter on July 1, 2028.
