§3710. Reinstatement of license and state certificate
A.Any license or state certificate suspended, revoked, or otherwise restricted by the
board may be reinstated by the board.
B.A license or state certificate that has expired without renewal for a period of one
year from the date of expiration may be reinstated by the board provided the applicant shall
otherwise be eligible under the provisions of this Chapter, pays the applicable fees, satisfies
the continuing education requirement, and meets such other requirements as may be
established by the board.
NOTE: See R.S. 37:3718 regarding termination date of Chapter on July 1, 2028.
