§2709. License, certification, or registration required
A.No individual shall practice social work in the state unless the individual holds
a current, valid license, certificate, or registration issued by the board in accordance with this
Chapter. This license, certificate, or registration shall be kept conspicuously posted in the
office or place of business at all times.
B.An individual shall complete all components of the application process for
licensure, certification, or registration to the board within ninety days of commencement of
social work practice.
