§2152. Domicile; officers A.

(1)The board shall meet in the city of Baton Rouge which place is fixed as the domicile of the board.
(2)Meetings of the board shall be subject to the Open Meetings Law. The board may hold regular or special meetings outside of Baton Rouge at a location within the state after proper notice has been provided to the public. Meetings outside of Baton Rouge shall be held at a meeting space located in a public building and open to the public for the purposes of the meeting. At least a majority of the regular monthly meetings of the board each year shall be held in Baton Rouge. B.
(1)The governor shall designate one member of the board to serve as chairman.
