Text

A. The board shall examine all applicants for licenses to practice as sanitarians in the state of Louisiana and is empowered to issue sanitarian licenses to applicants who are qualified and who successfully pass the board's examination; and to suspend or revoke for due cause any license which it has issued, and to reinstate or renew any license which has been suspended or revoked. B. The board may by rule establish minimum education and experience qualifications on all new applicants in order to be admitted to examinations for licensing after January 15, 1955, provided such qualifications shall not be less than those set out in this Chapter.
