§4671. Authority to acquire and operate municipal auditorium Any municipality having a population of twenty five thousand or more may build, acquire, furnish, equip, own, operate, and regulate the use of a municipal auditorium or convention hall and finance it out of its general funds or out of funds specially provided therefor by the sale of bonds issued in the manner provided by law for meeting the cost of public improvements, and may establish charges for the use thereof.
