§3689.10. Execution and registration of certificates and interest coupons
The said paving certificates shall be signed by the president and by the
secretary of the police jury for, on behalf of, and in the name of the parish and
under the seal thereof. The interest coupons shall be signed with the facsimile
signatures of the said officers and before delivery thereof, they shall be
registered in the mortgage records of the parish affected as to the serial number
or numbers, amount, rate of interest, dates due and street or streets, road or
roads, alley or alleys or parts thereof improved. Each of the said certificates
shall bear the following endorsement, viz:
"This certificate registered in the Mortgage Records of the Parish of
__________, Louisiana, on this the _____ day of __________, 20
