§ 23:903 — Penalties

Louisiana·Title 23 Labor and Workers' Compensation
Any person violating the provisions of R.S. 23:900-23:904 shall be fined not more than one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars or be imprisoned for not more than one year, or both, at the discretion of the court.
