§9. Application to the courts for aid The secretary may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for aid in enforcement of all labor laws, rules, regulations, and lawful orders, and the court shall have jurisdiction to grant aid and equitable relief in such cases subject to the right of appeal by the party aggrieved.
