§ 16:354 — Additional salary of the first assistant district attorney

§354. Additional salary of the first assistant district attorney
The first assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation for his
services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the state, an annual salary of
five thousand five hundred fifty dollars, payable monthly. The additional
salary shall be paid by the parishes of Iberia, St. Mary, and St. Martin as set
forth in R.S. 16:359.
