§302. Additional salary for assistant district attorneys
A.The first, second, third, and fourth assistant district attorneys shall
receive as compensation for their services, in addition to the annual salary paid
by the state, an annual salary of not less than ten thousand four hundred dollars
each, payable monthly on their own warrant.
B.The fifth and sixth assistant district attorneys shall receive as
compensation for their services, in addition to the annual salary paid by the
state, an annual salary of not less than eight thousand four hundred dollars
each, payable monthly on their own warrant.
C.The seventh assistant district attorney shall receive as compensation
for his services an annual salary of not less than eight thousand four hundred
dollars, payable monthly on his own warr
