§321.1. Additional compensation; limitation The district attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial District of this state shall receive as compensation for his services, in addition to the annual salary paid him by the parishes of Acadia, Lafayette, and Vermilion as provided in R.S. 16:321, such additional salary and expenses as each of the said parishes may provide, provided, however, that the additional salary herein authorized shall not exceed in the aggregate a total yearly amount of three thousand dollars.
