§ 24-905 — Entry on lands

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 9 WATERSHED DEVELOPMENT

The division of water resources and its agents shall have the power of entry on private lands for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this act.
