§ 24-813 — Orders and regulations
The board of county commissioners of any county in which a levee may be constructed are authorized to make and enforce all reasonable orders, rules and regulations, not inconsistent with the existing law on the subject, which they may deem proper or necessary for the protection and maintenance of such levee.
