§ 24-703 — Joinder in petition
Any one or more of the persons, municipalities or boards mentioned in K.S.A. 24-701 may unite in the same petition, whenever they have joint interest therein, in any proceeding prosecuted under and by virtue of this act or the act to which the same is mandatory.
