Whenever the board of supervisors of any drainage district adopts a resolution to disorganize and dissolve such drainage district in accordance with the provisions of this act the adoption of such resolution shall not change or alter the rights of any creditor or claimant of the district, nor the rights of the drainage district against any party, nor any cause of action against or in favor of such district, but all such shall survive in favor of or against the board of trustees.
