§ 24-646 — Same; application of act

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 6 DRAINAGE IN ONE OR MORE COUNTIES

This act shall apply only to such drainage districts which have heretofore issued and delivered bonds, for improvements therein.
