Text

All drainage districts incorporated pursuant to K.S.A. 24-601 to 24-640, inclusive, and amendments thereto, prior to the effective date of this act whose existence as a public corporation as stated in the articles of association of any such drainage district expires on or after July 1, 1983, are hereby declared to have perpetual succession.
