§ 24-529 — Construction of 24-501 through 24-529

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 5 DRAINAGE IN VALLEY OF NATURAL WATERCOURSE

This act shall not be construed as repealing or modifying any of the drainage laws of this state and shall apply only to corporations organized hereunder and after the taking effect of this act.
