§ 24-490 — Same; acquisition of land
In order to accomplish the objects and purposes enumerated in K.S.A. 24-489, the board of directors of any such district is hereby authorized, empowered and directed to acquire all necessary lands or easements therein or thereon either by condemnation, purchase, lease or gift.
