Text
That any person having personal property in or upon any land so appropriated shall remove the same within a reasonable time, to be fixed by the agents of the state, and should they fail or neglect so to do, such agent may remove the same or the attorney general may institute a mandamus suit or suits in any court of competent jurisdiction, to compel such removal.
