§ 24-461 — Same; application of act

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 4 DRAINAGE DISTRICTS WITHIN COUNTIES OR CITIES

This act shall not be construed as in any manner repealing chapter 215 of the Session Laws of 1905, and shall apply only to corporations organized hereunder.
