Text
That any person who shall wrongfully fill up, cut, injure, destroy or in any manner impair the usefulness of any drain, levee or other work constructed under the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in a sum not less than twenty-five dollars nor more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not less than thirty days nor more than six months.
