Text
(a)The board of directors shall meet at least once each year. At such meeting, the board shall adopt a resolution stating the time, date and place of all regular meetings of the board. The resolution also shall state that if the regular meeting date occurs on a Sunday or on a legal holiday or a holiday specified by the board, the meeting shall be held at the same time and place on the next day following the holiday. The resolution shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in a newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the district is located. Meetings may be held on the call of the chairperson or at the request of a majority of the members of the board. Written notice of any special meeting shall be given to members of the board at least two days in advance
