§ 24-143 — Same; bonded indebtedness

Kansas·Ch. 24 DRAINAGE AND LEVEES·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any balance of bonded indebtedness, including temporary notes outstanding, shall remain a charge upon the territory which is transferred in accordance with the applicable provisions of K.S.A. 10-119, and amendments thereto. The territory which is transferred shall not be liable for any bonded debt, including temporary notes and no-fund warrants, existing at the time of such transfer, of the district of which it shall become a part.
