§ 24-1210 — Directors; number; terms; expenses
All powers granted to watershed districts incorporated under the provisions of this act shall be exercised by a board of directors which shall be composed of any odd number and specified in the petition for creation of the district, of qualified voters of the district. Such board shall be composed of not less than three and not more than 15 qualified voters. Boards in existence on the effective date of this act consisting of more than 15 members shall determine the number of board members, which in no case shall exceed the current number of board members. At least one director shall be selected from each subwatershed located within the district.
