§ 22a-105 — District attorney; salary; travel and subsistence expenses
Each of the district attorneys elected under this act shall receive an annual salary in the amount of no less than the salary provided for district judges in K.S.A. 2024 Supp. 75-3120n, and amendments thereto. The salary of each district attorney shall be paid by the county comprising the judicial district in which the district attorney is elected in equal monthly installments and in the manner county officers and employees are paid. The district attorneys and their deputies and assistants shall be reimbursed for their actual travel and subsistence expenses incurred while in the performance of their official duties within or without the district.
