§ 17-7931 — Registration of foreign covered entities with secretary of state
Before doing business in the state of Kansas, a foreign covered entity shall register with the secretary of state. In order to register, a foreign covered entity shall submit to the secretary of state, together with payment of a fee if authorized by law, as provided by K.S.A. 17-7910, and amendments thereto, an original copy executed by a governor, of an application for registration as a foreign covered entity setting forth:
(a)The name of the foreign covered entity;
(b)the jurisdiction where organized;
(c)the date of its organization;
(d)a statement made under penalty of perjury that, as of the day of the filing, the foreign covered entity exists in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction of its organization;
(e)the nature of the business or purposes to be conducted or promo
