§ 17-7002 — Revival of articles of incorporation; procedures; effect; nonstock corporations

Kansas·Ch. 17 CORPORATIONS·Art. 70 EXTENSION, RENEWAL OR REINSTATEMENT OF CORPORATE STATUS
(a)As used in this section:
(1)"Articles of incorporation" includes the articles of incorporation of a corporation organized under any special act or any law of this state; and
(2)"authority to engage in business" includes the registration of any foreign corporation under K.S.A. 17-7931, and amendments thereto.
(b)Except as provided further, any corporation whose articles of incorporation or authority to engage in business has become forfeited or void pursuant to this code or whose articles of incorporation or authority to engage in business has been revived, but, through failure to comply strictly with the provisions of this code, the validity of whose revival has been brought into question, may at any time procure a revival of its articles of incorporation, if a domestic corporation,
