Text

(1)With respect to supervised financial organizations, the powers of examination and investigation and administrative enforcement shall be exercised by the official or agency to whose supervision the organization is subject. Should a supervised financial organization become licensed hereunder, a report of that portion of each examination made by the supervisory official or agency of such organization relating to compliance with the provisions of chapter 16a of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and amendments thereto, shall be filed with the administrator. All other powers of the administrator under this act may be exercised by the administrator with respect to a supervised financial organization except that compliance with truth in lending shall be governed as set forth in K.S.A. 16a-6-104(2
