Kansas·Ch. 16a CONSUMER CREDIT CODE·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS AND DEFINITIONS
K.S.A. 16a-1-101 et seq., and amendments thereto, shall be known and may be cited as the uniform consumer credit code.
