§ 14-691 — Same; plans and specifications; contracts

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 6 HOSPITALS

No hospital buildings shall be erected or constructed until the plans and specifications have been made therefor and approved by the governing body of the city and bids advertised therefor and contracts let to the lowest responsible bidder.
