§ 14-1007c — Same; construction of act

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 10 MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

This act shall not be construed as amending or repealing any act regarding cemeteries, but shall be construed as a part of chapter 12, article 14, of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, regarding cemeteries.
