§ 14-663b — Same; how bonds issued; limitations inapplicable

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 6 HOSPITALS

All bonds issued under the authority conferred in this act shall be issued, sold, registered, delivered and retired in the manner prescribed by K.S.A. 14-663, and said section shall be applicable to all bonds issued under this act.
