Text
Upon the establishment and building of a hospital in said city of the second class, the governing body of said city shall have the power by resolution to rent, lease or let said hospital unto any person, persons, corporation or society upon such terms and conditions as the governing body of said city may deem to the best interests of said city; and upon the expiration of the lease so made, the governing body of said city at the time of the expiration of such lease shall have the power to make and execute a new lease to any person, persons, corporation or society upon such terms and conditions as said governing body may deem to the best interests of said city.
