§ 14-6,105 — Same; federal aid

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 6 HOSPITALS

The governing body of any such city is hereby authorized and empowered to contract for a site, the construction and equipment of said hospital building, in such manner as to comply with and secure the benefits of any federal aid.
