§ 14-572 — Same; bond limitations inapplicable

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 5 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

Any bonds issued under the provisions of this act shall not be subject to limitation of bonded indebtedness of such city.
