§ 14-571 — Same; election

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 5 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

No bonds shall be issued under the provisions of this act, unless and until the same are approved by a vote of the qualified electors of such city.
