§ 14-567 — Same; ordinance; collection

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 5 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

The governing body of any city of the second class may by ordinance fix such charges for the use of the sewage disposal system of said city as may be just, reasonable and necessary and provide for the manner of the making and collection of the same.
