§ 14-566 — Charges for sewage disposal system; definition

Kansas·Ch. 14 CITIES OF THE SECOND CLASS·Art. 5 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

Sewage disposal system, for the purposes of this act, shall include the system of sewers and the sewage disposal plant or plants of a city of the second class.
