Text
For the purpose of maintaining such parks and to pay a portion of the principal and interest on bonds issued by such city under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto, the governing body of any city named in K.S.A. 14-537 is hereby authorized to levy a tax on all taxable tangible property in the city.
